Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts (whether directly or via a third party) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mae444 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any winnings derived from such Accounts, and retain any funds therein as a penalty for the breach.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Mae444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify mae444 immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
Mae444 operates under an international gaming licence framework that requires us to verify the identity of all registered Players before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months). Additional documentation may be requested where required by applicable law or risk assessment.
Mae444 currently supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT TRC20, and Litecoin/LTC). All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Mae444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are equivalent to approximately MYR 30 in the respective digital currency at the time of deposit.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. Mae444 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required by law.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds. Real-money balances (excluding unreleased Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to these Terms. Mae444 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 24 hours for bank transfers under normal operating conditions.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. This is a standard requirement under our AML compliance obligations. Where a direct reversal is not possible, alternative withdrawal arrangements will be agreed at mae444's discretion following successful identity verification.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and are detailed in each Player's Account dashboard. Players on the Platinum VIP tier benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits. Mae444 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
ℹ️ Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the associated Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Any withdrawal request submitted while Bonus Funds are active and the Wagering Requirement remains unsatisfied will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively therefrom.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by mae444 are subject to specific promotional terms. These terms include, at minimum, a Wagering Requirement, an expiry date, eligible game restrictions, and a maximum conversion cap. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms attached to each promotion before accepting it.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the default Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses on mae444 is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM200 bonus requires RM4,000 in eligible wagers to be completed before the bonus amount can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
Mae444 maintains the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on low-risk or excluded game types to fulfil Wagering Requirements, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotion mechanics.
Mae444 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. A Player's eligibility for a given promotion may be affected by their previous promotional history, Account standing, and compliance with these Terms. Mae444 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
All bets placed on the mae444 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. By placing a bet, you accept the rules applicable to that game or market as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering. The following general principles apply across all betting products:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mae444 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mae444. Any unauthorised use of mae444's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mae444, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
Mae444's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Mae444 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will operate without interruption or error at all times; (b) any specific game outcome or betting result will occur; (c) the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components, although we take commercially reasonable steps to prevent such occurrences.
Mae444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where Account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding unreleased Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
Where an Account is closed by mae444 due to a breach of these Terms, mae444 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Any balance withheld on grounds of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.
Mae444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to mae444's international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and mae444, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, either party may escalate the complaint through the formal dispute resolution process available via the Platform's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent such rights cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable mandatory law.
